CEO and Executive Management level
- Primarily addressing key shareholder-relevant issues such as strategic development, performance improvement and value-based management
Strategic Business Unit
- Defining and managing technological change and technology roadmaps, developing and implementing marketing strategies, product portfolios, value chain optimisation and business planning
Operational Line Management
- Providing short to mid-term interim management at senior and middle management levels, and, information- and project management staff
Outsourcing solutions
- Taking partial or full operational responsibility for specific business activities, e.g. network operations for new entrants in the start-up phase
